While researching and learning about tessellation, I came across the hexagram tessellation. It was fascinating how a minimalist design can result into a complex form.

Inspired by Islamic architecture, i decided to use the hexagram to design an Andalusia inspired lamp. The challenge was to repeat the hexagram in a way that allows the tessellation to fold around the light source.
