Hercules Beetle
Inspired by an origami model I folded, I decided to inspect the aspects of this interesting insect further .
After days of research, I came across the Hercules Beetle, I was attracted to the different layers and textures in its small body.
The modeling of the body started in 3Ds max, then the model was imported to Zbrush where it was sculpted, shaped and colored.
Subsequently, the fur and other materials were applied on vray for Rendering.
